Engineering leaders within Canerector had the opportunity to meet and connect during a network event in Toronto. We would like to thank all the attendees that joined us from across North America to engage with their peers.
Innovative Thinking Is Key
On the first day, the leaders took part to a workshop on innovative thinking led by Ryan Ramsdale from inVision Edge. During engaging group activities, the group discussed how to bring in innovative thinking into their roles as leaders. Establishing an open mindset within their team helps to improve their businesses and problem solving. Through this interactive workshop, participants were able to learn from one another by sharing experiences and exchanging possible solutions to common challenges.
On the second day, the group learned more about their sister companies within the network through tours of a couple of our facilities.
