Ron has over 20 years of experience within the distribution and manufacturing industries. He has held multiple senior roles and, most recently, was the Vice President of Global Sales at Hi-Kalibre Equipment based in Edmonton. Ron has a proven track record of developing and building out strong teams focused on growth, utilizing data and analytics to drive change in businesses, and creating structured repeatable processes to drive consistent results.
