Joe has multiple years of sales and marketing, supply chain, operations and general management experience in various manufacturing environments. Most recently, he was the President of Composite Systems, a division of Shawcor, where he held increasingly senior positions during his 20-year career. Focused on the evolution of his team and himself as a leader, Joe has always developed high-performing teams as well as strategic plans to drive profitable growth. Joe’s experience and approach to leadership will be valuable assets when working with companies within Canerector.
